Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 88bt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://88bt.io. 88bt reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification checks at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to any suspicious account activity. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the period stipulated by our support team may result in account suspension.

Account Registration & Management

Each individual player is permitted to hold a maximum of one registered account on the 88bt platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Registration Information

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address within Bangladesh, a valid mobile number, and a mobile wallet identifier (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) that is registered in your own name. You are obligated to keep this information up to date and to notify 88bt promptly of any changes via the account dashboard or support team.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 88bt will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 88bt immediately by contacting our support team.

88bt implements OTP (one-time password) verification for sensitive account actions including withdrawals and password changes. You must have access to the mobile number registered to your account in order to complete these actions. If your registered mobile number changes, you must update your account details immediately.

Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to preventing fraud and ensuring platform integrity, 88bt may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may involve submitting a copy of a government-issued identity document (such as a National ID card) and proof of your payment method. Accounts that have not completed the required KYC process may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

88bt accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 per transaction. Deposits made via mobile wallets are typically credited to your 88bt account within 60 seconds of a successful transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests submitted to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed within one to four hours during normal operating hours on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). 88bt does not charge any processing fee on withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside of 88bt's control. Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if the account has not completed the required KYC verification process.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.
• 88bt reserves the right to perform additional security checks before processing any withdrawal of ৳10,000 or more.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to a payment method not previously associated with the account unless approved in writing by the 88bt compliance team.
• In the event of a system error or erroneous credit to your account, 88bt reserves the right to reverse any such credit prior to processing a withdrawal, regardless of whether the player has wagered any portion of the erroneously credited amount.

Betting Rules

All sports betting activity on 88bt is subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, which are published within the platform and updated periodically. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail for the purposes of settling the market in question.

Bet Placement

A bet is considered accepted and binding only when 88bt has confirmed the bet via an on-screen confirmation message and the stake has been deducted from your account balance. Pending bets that have not received a system confirmation should not be treated as accepted. In the event of a technical error that prevents confirmation, 88bt reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to your account.

88bt offers live in-play betting on selected cricket, football, and other sporting events. In-play odds are updated in real time and may be suspended at any point during an event at 88bt's sole discretion, including but not limited to during critical match moments, when data feeds are delayed, or when integrity concerns arise. Bets accepted prior to a suspension will stand unless the underlying event is later voided.

Odds and Market Settlements

Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. 88bt uses best-endeavours to maintain accurate real-time odds, but accepts no liability for losses arising from incorrect odds that result from data feed errors, provided that such errors are corrected within a reasonable period. Markets are settled according to the official result as reported by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BPL governing body for Bangladesh Premier League fixtures).

Maximum Winnings

88bt applies maximum payout limits on certain markets and event types. These limits are displayed within the specific market or are available from the customer support team on request. Any winnings in excess of the applicable maximum payout limit will not be credited to your account, and the excess will be forfeited.

Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement multiplier and any game-type restrictions applicable to a given bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Bonus Restrictions

Prohibited Conduct

Engaging in any of the following may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of your account balance, and the reporting of the activity to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is prohibited by local law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 88bt platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence is conditional on your continued compliance with these Terms and may be revoked at any time by 88bt without notice if you breach any provision hereof.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88bt, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from the outcome of any bet, game, or wager placed on the platform.
• Losses arising from technical faults, service interruptions, delays, or errors in the platform's software or third-party game engines.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from changes to, or suspension of, any sporting event, market, or game.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics, or match data.

88bt's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension & Account Closure

88bt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable product-specific rules.
• Failure to complete the required identity or age verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player or a third party in connection with the account.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or payment processor.
• Player request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach — for example, at the player's own request — the account balance will be returned to the player via the most recent withdrawal method on the account, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.

Amendments to These Terms

88bt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the 88bt platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 88bt platform shall, in the first instance, be referred to the 88bt customer support team for informal resolution. 88bt aims to respond to all formal complaints within five business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before pursuing any other form of dispute resolution. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
